Where to get help when you are stuck.

Stuck on something? Here's the fastest path to an answer.

1. Check the FAQs

Most day‑to‑day questions are already answered on the FAQs page — it's a living bank of the queries we handle most often, for both collectors and creators. There's a good chance your answer is there.

2. Give it a moment

Blockchains have a lot of moving parts, and things can occasionally be slower than usual. If a transaction seems stuck, check its status on the Explorer before assuming something has gone wrong.

3. Ask in Discord

If you're still stuck, our Discord is the place to go. Leave your question in the support channel — include your transaction hash if it relates to a specific trade — and a manager will help you out and, if needed, pass it to the development team.

The DeadRare team will never DM you first or ask for your recovery phrase. Keep support in the public channels and keep your seed phrase private.
